These General Terms & Conditions apply to all services, programs, coaching, events, ticket purchases, and agreements entered into with Deyan Visser.
2. Scope of Services
Deyan Visser provides:
Coaching programs
Mentorship and advisory services
Online and offline events
Workshops and seminars
Digital and educational content
All services are provided for educational and personal development purposes only.
3. Registration & Agreement
An agreement is formed when:
A client enrolls in a program
A ticket is purchased
Payment is completed
By completing a purchase, the participant agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
4. Payments
All prices are in EUR unless stated otherwise.
Payments must be completed before access to services or events is granted.
Installment agreements remain binding. Failure to complete installment payments does not release the participant from their financial obligation.
5. Refund Policy
Events
All ticket sales are final.
Tickets are non-refundable unless the event is cancelled by Deyan Visser.
If an event is postponed, tickets remain valid for the new date. Refunds in such cases are at the sole discretion of Deyan Visser.
Failure to attend does not entitle the participant to a refund.
Coaching & Programs
Due to the nature of high-value coaching and limited availability, all program purchases are final.
No refunds are provided once the program has started, unless otherwise explicitly agreed in writing.
6. Participant Responsibility
Participants are fully responsible for:
Their own decisions
Their physical and mental wellbeing
Their personal belongings
Their participation in activities
Coaching results are not guaranteed.
7. Medical & Professional Disclaimer
Services provided are not medical, psychological, financial, or legal advice.
Participants are responsible for consulting qualified professionals where appropriate.
Participation is voluntary and at the participant’s own risk.
8. Liability Limitation
To the fullest extent permitted by law:
Deyan Visser shall not be liable for:
Indirect damages
Loss of income or business
Emotional distress
Personal injury
Loss, theft, or damage of personal belongings
Cybercrime or data breaches via third-party platforms
Total liability, if applicable, is limited to the amount paid by the participant for the specific service or event.
Liability does not apply in cases of intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
9. Theft & Personal Property
Participants are solely responsible for safeguarding their personal belongings during events.
Deyan Visser is not liable for loss, theft, or damage to personal property.
10. Force Majeure
Deyan Visser is not liable for failure to perform due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Government restrictions
Venue issues
Illness
Natural disasters
Technical failures
Travel disruptions
In such cases, events may be rescheduled without refund obligation.
11. Photography & Media
Events may be recorded.
By attending, participants acknowledge that photos and video recordings may be used for:
Marketing
Social media
Website
YouTube
Future promotions
Participants who do not wish to appear must notify us in advance. Reasonable efforts will be made, but incidental appearance in group footage cannot be guaranteed to be avoided.
12. Intellectual Property
All materials, content, programs, frameworks, and recordings are the intellectual property of Deyan Visser.
Reproduction, redistribution, recording, or commercial use without written permission is strictly prohibited.
13. Confidentiality
Participants agree not to disclose confidential information shared during coaching programs or private sessions.
14. Termination
Deyan Visser reserves the right to refuse or terminate participation without refund in cases of:
Disruptive behavior
Breach of these terms
Harassment or misconduct
15. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Dutch law.
Any disputes shall be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.
